Measuring Microscope

• Developed for measurement using a metallurgical microscope or stereoscopic microscope.
• Can measure a target shape in X, Y and Z directions by evaluating the stage displacement. It provides a measuring accuracy of approx. 1µm. However, because dimensions are checked visually, measuring errors may occur depending on the user's skill.
• Approx. 50mm to 200mm dimensions can be measured depending on the stage type.
