We had difficulty positioning a robot hand. We had been using a camera, but could not obtain the height position with this set up, resulting in insufficient position correction.
The LK Series Laser Displacement Sensor provides that Z direction data we were missing before and it's is extremely useful because it allows accurate measurement from a long distance even at an angle.
